Urgent medical needs

We just received this update from the medical clinic where we wil be serving.... Central America has been experiencing heavy storms the past week and many people are suffering. We are honored to bring hope and relief next month. Thank you so much for your support!

"Thank you so much for helping us. Things have been crazy at the clinic with all these rains and people living in damp, cold homes (especially the corn stalk homes) these last non-stop rainy 8 days. The one thing we see now are bronchial problems. Colds going to bronchitis and then pneumonia. Any kind of equipment (tubes, masks) for nebulizers, (we do have enough machines) and any kind of albuterol (salbutamol) for the machines is desperately needed (we had 8 adults and 12 children last Thursday that needed that).

We can also use acetaminophen baby drops, regular acetaminophen, ibuprofen, adult vitamins and iron for children. We do have one lady who is dying from diabetes and needs insulin. She is not wanting to take it but we can use the needles with the hope she will take the insulin. She is 59 years old and still believes the oral medicines will help her. We have another meeting with her family soon. Again thank you for any medicines that you can get. We sure appreciate that." - Anita
